Less then half an hour ago a man was stabbed on leicester road in Higher Broughton. The “alleged” attacker is a know person who is mentally unstable.
Shneur Odze Conservative coordinator for Kersal and Broughton said “without prejudging the outcome of any police inquiry I blame the authorities and the Council. He has come to their attention many times and anyone who knew him knew that this was almost inevitable. I just hope his victim makes a speedy recovery.
