PALS – stands for Patient advice and liaison service, however it is anythings but. It never returns calls, no one is ever in the office, and on the occasion if you know where they are hiding and smoke them out, they only serve to cover up staff malpractice.
It’s no wander that the legal bill for the NHS has sky rocketed in recent years. People like me don’t sue, putting ourselves and our family through hell, for a few pounds, it’s for that recognition and apology.
When will the NHS learn and wake out, stop this gross cover-up, and start serving us, and not be so SELF-serving.
