It is reasuring to know there are sensible and democratic people still left in the Labour party. All MP's, Councillors and elected representitives should be voting NO as the great majority of the people think this is a barmy idea. It is clearly just another tax on the motorist and we are taxed far too much already. Congestion charging = 'Roads for the Rich". Is this really what a Labour government should be spending taxpayers money on advertising? Good man.
